摘要：
The main functions of Sovereign Wealth Fund are financial risk aversion and making profits. Since CIC has established two years ago, it has carried on several significant foreign investments, but the world combination rate of return is -2.1% in 2008. In this paper, we analyse risk of CIC's significant foreign investments; and propose the corresponding risk management measures according to the existing problems.
