The Study on Evaluate the R&D Environment of the City with R&D Center

The R&D environment of a city is the primarily condition to set up the R&D center. It is critical to the development of R&D center. To the scientific evaluation of R&D investment in research and development environment, it should be based on the city's high education college and scientific research institutions and the science and technology level, to build up the indicator system of the city's technological infrastructure, scientific and technological output and technological innovation capacity and then scientifically and reasonably determine the evaluation method. Through the comparison of evaluation methods of mathematical statistics, it is reasonable to use of principal component analysis and cluster analysis method. Evaluation indicators and evaluation methods show that the evaluation indicator system is operational and practical; the evaluation method is effective and feasible.
