摘要：
The paper tries to create a relationship model between human capital investment and enterprise performance based on related researches on human capital investment and performance theory. Thus, it can explore the transmission mechanism of enterprise human capital investment and performance. And some value-added approaches for improving enterprise performance by human capital investment are deeply studied.
