摘要
When cranes are used in aquaculture, heavy objects are often concentrated at the end of the boom. This can deform the boom and damage it from repetitive lifting. However, research on the safety and optimized design of cranes for aquaculture farms currently used at sea is insufficient. Research is needed on securing the reliability of the structure of the crane boom to prevent accidents and to ensure safety for lifting work and to match the actual use environment. There is an urgent need for an optimized crane boom design. Therefore, in this study, a finite element model was designed to secure the safety of the boom of a crane used in aquaculture, and a structural analysis was performed. For the optimal design, the optimal thickness was selected and safety was verified through structural analysis according to the thickness of the boom.
