摘要
Bioaugmentation technology is a promising and low-cost method of bioremediation. There are many factors affecting the efficiency of microbial bioaugmentation remediation including composition and molecular weight of oil, the physical condition and concentration of oil, and the composition, temperature, nutrient and pH of the soil. Combined with the actual research work, this study made a comprehensive analysis of the impact of the indigenous microbial concentration, soil temperature, soil humidity, and soil pH on the petroleum hydrocarbon degradation efficiency by supplying (NH4)(2)SO4 and KH2PO4 as the N and P sources, respectively. This study took advantage of indoor pots simulation experiment to analyze the factors such as indigenous microbial bioaugmentation remediation. The results showed that by adding an appropriate proportion of N, P and sawdust, and at temperature of 30 degrees C, humidity of 20%, pH of 7.0, the efficiency of petroleum hydrocarbon degradation by strengthening indigenous microbial is the best.
