摘要
Dispatch and Command Center is the core sector of coal mine safety, production and management and its core functions is information processing and exchange. Through analysis the dispatching information flow and on the basis of Positive Feedback Closed-Loop Management System theory, create a dispatching model by building PFS operating base, distinguish dispatching information feedback category, optimizing the positive feedback link, reasonable assessment of feed back and broaden the dispatching information channels.
