摘要：

This paper analyzes the present situation of Tianjin's government procurement from five aspects, which includes procurement scale, procurement projects, procurement methods, sources of procurement projects and sources of procurement funding. Thus obtaining several characteristics about Tianjin's government procurement, and providing a reference for Tianjin to prepare to join government procurement agreement (hereinafter referred to as GPA).
