Medical social workers play an important role in solving the conflict between doctors and patients, taking TianJin Ji County People's Hospital for example, this paper focuses on analyzing the development of medical social workers in county medical institutions and points out the existence problem of the county medical institutions in resolving conflicts on the doctor-patient. And analyses the feasibility of the development of medical social workers in county medical institutions from the needs of both doctors and patients, medical social workers own advantages and state support, explains the main difficulties in the county medical institutions facing the development of medical social workers. At last, this paper raised from the government, medical institutions, medical social workers and their patients in four areas to promote the development of county medical institutions of medical social workers to address their plight related initiatives.
