摘要：

Multi-National Enterprises (NINES) are outsourcing more and more of their non-core activities to companies in lower-cost countries such as China, India and Middle-East European countries. Based on the data of China, this article makes an empirical study on some factors of the long-term implications of outsourcing on MNEs' choice by structural equation model (SEM) such as policy, industry and technology. The result of the study shows that policy factor has the greatest impact on MNEs' choices of service outsourcing, industry factor is in the second place of impact on MNEs' choices of service outsourcing, and technology factor has the least impact on MNEs' choices of service outsourcing.
