摘要
Academic literature defines the primary paternal preoccupation as the particular psychological state of the father during the perinatal period. Thanks to identification mechanisms, fathers show a mental flexibility allowing them to adjust to the needs of their child. In order to verify and to complete this definition, four families were interviewed twice between the seventh month of pregnancy and the third months after the baby's birth. Qualitative results obtained through experimental methodology (IRPAG/Entretien R/LTP) show that this paternal conscience takes shape within the identity of the father before it shifts its focus towards the child, thanks to a triadic intersubjective system. This work leads to the need to consider the father's well-being within family dynamics. (C) 2016 Societe Franyaise de Psychologie. Published by Elsevier Masson SAS. All rights reserved.
