摘要：
The present research on enterprise innovation ability lacks preciseness in logic and criterion in science. This paper seriously discusses the concepts of "Enterprise ability" and "Innovation ability" from the concept of "ability". Based on this, it puts forward the definition of "Enterprise innovation ability", then from the Evolutionary economics and the view of structure composition of the enterprise innovation ability, this paper analyzes the formation mechanism of the enterprise innovation ability, and proposes several points of corresponding cultivation countermeasures with emphasis.
