Study on developing ways of innovation ability of enterprise

The theory study on modem enterprise and practical activities of enterprise management has efficiently indicated that innovation is the source of life for enterprise, and it is the most important characteristic of modem enterprise management. But how to improve the innovation ability and how to evaluate it have become the realistic problems that enterprises are faced with. The main way of effectively developing the innovation ability of enterprise is further proposed, such as intensifying the innovation ideology of enterprise, bring the innovation method, strengthening the innovation management organization of enterprise, broadening the innovation scope of enterprise and so on. Meanwhile according to the experience of relevant enterprise evaluating the content of enterprise innovation ability has been summed up.
