摘要
Ontologies are representations of concepts and their relationships, with both syntax and semantics formally described. Business models form the framework for testing enterprises' feasibility and financial results. The description of a business model as an ontology allows the inference of knowledge about the business as well as the generation and combination of models to build software applications. This work conducts a protocol for a systematic review of the literature on ontologies, focusing on business models and processes in livestock production systems. The main goal was to identify resources already built and elucidate their use. The results show few initiatives in the former and none in the latter, characterizing opportunities for exploring new scientific and technological developments.
