In this paper we introduce the concepts of delta -open sets, delta -closure, R-nbd system, almost continuity and delta -continuity in fuzzifying topology and we give some characterizations of almost continuity and delta -continuity. (C) 2000 Elsevier Science B.V. All rights reserved.
