摘要
The important function and contribution of technological progress in economic growth has been approved by people all over the world. Economics are more concerned about how to calculate exactly of the contribution rate. Most of the calculating models are based on several supposed conditions, so they don not reflect objectively of the reality. We take into consideration the influence of structural changes on economic growth and the development of primary industry, secondary industry and tertiary industry, the specific forms of production function have been improved properly. When we consider the degree of resource's exhibition in economical operation, the potential coefficient r has been introduced. According to this, we can calculate the contribution rate of technical progress in economic growth more exactly. At last, we calculate and analyze the effect by a case.
