摘要
The effect of supporting preparations (Atonik, Fruiter + Huminer, Alga 600) on the germination process was evaluated in the laboratory experiments with selected grass species of the genus Festuca (F.). There were evaluated total germination at the end of the experiment, the rate of germination and mean germination time in this experiment. Atonik (F. ovina + 16.95 % and F. rupicola + 16.60 % compared to control) and Alga 600 (F. ovina + 38.59 %, F. rupicola + 32.25 % and F. valesiaca + 30.86 % compared to control) showed stimulating effect on total germination from all used preparations. The effect was statistically significant (p = 0.0007). Those preparations can be evaluated positively in terms of their effect on rate of germination, which at F. rupicola increased by approximately 0.07 seed. day(-1) to 0.35 seed. day(-1) compared to control. Preparations Fruiter + Huminer and Alga 600 slightly (+ 0.04-0.06 seed. day(-1)) accelerated germination F. valesiaca. For accelerate germination of F. ovina (+ 0.20 seed. day(-1)) worked only Alga 600. The values of mean germination time showed shorten the germination period after use of Fruiter + Huminer at F. ovina (-0.08 day) and Atonik at F. ovina (-1.36 day), F. rupicola (-0.11 day) and F. valesiaca (-0.49 day).
