摘要
In the laboratory experiment with selected grass species was evaluated the effect of support preparations on plant germination process. There were evaluated the total germinability, dynamics of germination and germination rate. The highest total germinability reached Lolium sp. (L. multiflorum 96.75 % and L. perenne 94.25 %), followed by Festuca rubra with 72.50 % and Poa pratensis with 57.63 %. From the used support preparations showed stimulatory effect only Atonik (in L. multiflorum by 0.50 % and F. rubra by 6.00 % more compared to the control) and Agrobiofert (in F. rubra by 5.00 % and P. pratensis by 8.00 % compared to the control). The effect was statistically significant only at F. rubra (p = 0.0505). The preparations may be also positively evaluated in terms of the dynamics of germination. It was increased by about 10.00 % for F. rubra. The significant effect of Agrobiofert was observed in P. pratensis at the 6th day of the experiment foundation, when germinated about 50.00 % more seeds in comparison with control variant. From the values of the average rate of germination shows a similar trend as in the total germination, i.e. acceleration of germination of L. multiflorum and F. rubra seeds after application of Atonik, and also F. rubra and P. pratensis seeds after application of Agrobiofert.
