摘要
We prepared three blends of 0.1wt.-%(a), 1.5wt.%(b) and3.0wt.%(c) poly[2-methoxy,5-(2'-ethylhexyloxy)-p-phenylene vinylene] (MEHPPV) doped poly(N-vinylcarbozole) (PVK), respectively. The transient electroluminescent (EL) onset of PVK and MEHPPV was studied in single layer PLEDs. The total carrier mobility of MEHPPV rich regions was larger than that of PVK rich regions in b and c, due to phase separation of blends.
