摘要
A wideband magneto-electric dipole antenna based on substrate-integrated suspended line (SISL) is proposed in this paper. The antenna is composed of four horizontal planar patches and two pairs of metallic vias connected to the ground. By vertically coupled to the suspended feeding line through the slot between dipole arms, a wide impedance bandwidth of 21.7% from 29.6 to 36.8 GHz is achieved. A stable gain of approximate 8 dBi over the operating frequencies is observed. Besides, the proposed antenna is self-packaged and has the feasibility of integration with other SISL circuits.
