摘要
The "Intelligent Building" creates a new living environment. It brings many advantageous characteristics to property management, especially in the areas of network and equipment management. The effectual transportation of information and the perfected security system allows property management to be at ease. The networks' functional diversity results in the decrease of the overall operating expense: however the advanced technological requirements demand its administrator to have a high level of professionalism. Furthermore, the core function of the intelligent network and equipment management is to maintain a consistent and invariable operation. Thus, this requires the property management team to conduct routine qualitative investigation which develops into the detailed systematic physical quantitative analysis. The examinations ensure the environment and conditions meet the network's requirements in addition to safeguarding its information resources.
