A Construction and Empirical Analysis of Community Satisfaction and Tourism Support: A Case Study of Sansheng Flower Village in Chengdu

摘要
By adopting the non-recursion model, which matches more with the law of real tourism development, this study built a model of the structural relation of the seven latent variables sense of community, community involvement, resident expectations, perceived benefits of tourism, perceived costs of tourism community satisfaction and tourism support, and conducted a field research on a famous rural tourism destination in China Sansheng Flower Village. The results of this study indicate: Sense of community and community involvement have significantly positive influence on perceived benefits of tourism and have significantly negative influence on perceived costs of tourism; the negative influence of resident expectations on perceived costs of tourism is not significant; perceived benefits of tourism has significantly positive influence on both community satisfaction and tourism support; perceived costs of tourism has significantly negative influence on community satisfaction; community satisfaction and tourism support influence each other, and the influence is significant and positive.
