摘要
Currently the market for IT-professionals indicates an urgent need for IT-employees. In addition to this, the skills needed are changing: Taking data from an empirical study of remuneration in the IT-field, it becomes obvious that, (a) not only technical skills and qualifications are needed, but (b) especially specific skills related to business administration and (c) to the management of the human resources become extremely critical to corporate success.
