摘要
In order to solve the product service pain point that urban users can not quickly commute when they receive express delivery in the community, this study establishes a typical target usage scenario, analyzes the change of users' satisfaction with the rental service of shared balanced vehicles, and the interaction between users and different service contacts, and proposes a design method of sharing service system of electric balanced vehicles in smart community. In the analysis and planning stage, the specific use situation of the product is defined through the scenario definition, and the target user model is established based on the analysis of user needs and behavior characteristics, and the design opportunity point is identified; in the scheme design stage, the practice is carried out according to the product service system strategy of the shared electric balance vehicle, and the information architecture and product service system model are designed; in the prototype design stage, the shared electric balanced vehicle is focused on Product design, smart community information management platform design. The research makes a beneficial exploration on how to design a shared service system to provide commuting services in smart community, and also has reference significance for the design and application of shared balanced vehicles in other service scenarios.
