Piezoelectric sensors using polymers with double bonded structure as the basis of sensing film

摘要：
Sensors with oscillators are effectively functional and highly sensitive chemical sensors which identify unknown or target materials in gasses and liquids. This paper presents results of basic study for applying rubber materials ore the sensor and a simple way for preparing crystals with various natures of sensing films. Experimental showed that the devices results with these chemical interface materials have different selectivity for various kinds of gasses and that the selectivity are controlled by bonding reactive materials on the surface of the film.
