摘要
Currently, the value of human capital in enterprises is mostly measured in the aspect of its absolute value whereas the measurement methods of which encounter the bottlenecks. In this paper, from the relative value perspective, through questionnaire investigations and statistic analysis, we set up an appraisal system of the relative value of human capital with the stock, skill, organization and contribution of human capital at the core. By using analytic hierarchy process and the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation, we build up an evaluative and comparative model for the measurement on relative value of human capital and put it into implementation, and provide the objective basis for the assessment and comparison of individuals and the policy-making of human resources management.
