A Theory of Hybrid Electromagnetic-Spin Waves Propagation in Ferrite-Ferroelectric Thin Film Multilayered Structure

摘要
A theory of hybrid electromagnetic-spin waves propagating in the slot transmission line based on ferriteferroelectric layered structure has been developed. The dispersion equation and characteristics of the hybrid waves have been obtained. It has been demonstrated that slot line with ferrite- ferroelectric filling could be considered as the microwave tunable resonator or phase shifter.
