摘要：
Electronic product catalogues can be enhanced by electronic sales assistance to provide a problem-oriented access. This allows to offer a product selection that is based on individual consumer needs. This article introduces a concept and presents the realization of a tool to construct components for electronic sales assistance. The tool concept enables small and medium-sized companies to support their product presentations in an attractive way.
