摘要：

Skuinocyclus juliae gen. et sp. nov. from Lower Permian limestones of the Shakhtau Reef (Sterlitamak, Republic of Bashkortostan) is the second discovery of a member of the order Cyclida in the Permian of Russia and the oldest member of the family Hemitrochiscidae. Based on the material described by Kramarbnko (1961) as Cyclus miloradovitchi from the Lower Permian (Asselian) of the Chelyabinsk Region (Southern Urals), we also established Uralocyclus gen. nov., which has significant morphological differences with the genus Cyclus, to which it was originally assigned.
