摘要
The presence of microorganisms in indoor air is a serious problem with a great impact in the field of health protection and environmental engineering. The people exposed to high concentrations of microbes in the air can develop frequently allergies. Young people, including students, constitute a large group of allergy sufferers. For that reason determination of the various groups of microorganisms indoors is fully justified and is necessary in order to create standards for indoor air quality control. In the present study, the level of microbial contamination of the indoor air of the Polyvalent Sports Hall of the University of Oradea, Romania, was estimated. Air sampling was conducted from 31/10/2016 to 25/11/2016 in order to determine indoor background. The air microflora was investigated using the sedimentation method. Also was studied the variation of the air temperature, carbon dioxide and relative humidity indoor and outdoor of the sports hall. The results of the indoor analyses reveal that the concentrations of bacteria ranged between 0-10(4) CFU m(-3). The concentration of the fungi in the indoor air was lower in comparison with the concentration of bacteria and ranged between 0-10(3) CFU m(-3). The hemolytic bacteria were present in high concentration after intense sporting activities.
