Using the Picard operators technique and a result given by I.A. Rus in the paper [11], a theorem of data dependence of the solution of the functional integral equation x(t) = g(t, x(t), x(a)) + integral K(t, s, x(s), x(a))ds, t is an element of [a,b], where K : [a,b]x[a,b]xR(2) -> R, g : [a,b]xR(2) -> R, is given.
