摘要：

In Internet age, Internet and electronic commerce have changed traditional supply chain management model. Internet-based network supply chain management will become an effective way that the enterprise fits in with global competition. In this paper the structure model of Internet-based network supply chain is set forth, and business process engineering under Internet-based network supply chain management is expounded.
