摘要
The paper explains some fundamentals for co-design platforms. Theoretical motivations are given and results from early trials are presented. A co-design platform includes organisational tools and technology together forming a concept where a complex of stakeholders together is involved in the design of new solutions, in this case eServices. The paper takes the theoretical stance from a social and pragmatic philosophy of knowledge. The results are summarized into a pragmatic framework for co-design platforms. The developed framework, consisting of four key activity areas controlled by committees with an open hearings process as an important tool, has been used as inspiration for new projects, as a frame for evaluation of existing projects.
