摘要
Energy consumption for public building sector becomes increasingly significant among the total national energy consumption. However, there is little long term and detailed research on the energy consumption of public buildings, which means that it is prerequisite to develop the research on energy consumption and energy-saving potential for public buildings. Thuse, in Changsha the long term and detailed investigations on public building sector have been taken for more than two years, and in this paper the detailed analyses are made based on in-depth survey and on-the-spot test results of 67 representative public buildings, furthermore, the generality of energy consumption for public building in Changsha is also concluded. By comparing energy consumption characteristics of public buildings with different architectural function, it is found that office buildings, shopping centres and hotels are extravagant in energy consumption, and 3 representative buildings respectively of these three fuctional groups are selected for detail analysis, energy consumption and operation management patterns are generalized, which indicates there is great energy-saving potential for public buildings in Changsha with the application of enhanced building operation management and energy saving technology.
