摘要
This paper shows the importance and great effects of real-time digital simulation on protection relay test instruments of power system. In this paper, the difficulties and disadvantages of traditional models for power system and simulation arithmetic used in real-time calculation are studied in. detail. The system mathematic models and digital simulation arithmetic are presented for power system real-time calculation, and the simulator is developed successfully based on the real-time digital simulation arithmetic.
