In the historical, social, and cultural contexts in which we live, there are situations of inequality, injustice, violence, intolerance that endanger respect and protection for respect for a dignified life. In this sense, Social Work offers an integrating perspective in its intervention, consolidating human values and rights, holistically seeking inclusion while respecting the diversity of people. This work tries from the subject of Social Work and Human Rights, to improve the behavior of the students guiding it to conditions of interdependence with the others, to consolidate situations in coexistence in peace and harmony. In this investigation, the application of two techniques was used: that of the glass of emotions and that of the sponge, which were experiential and the observation record was filled by student through the checklist, for each of the values with the transversal approach of human rights. It is evident that students develop positive behaviors through analysis, reflection, criticality of each of the topics developed, improving interpersonal relationships and coexistence in the classroom.
