摘要
A kind of cross-coupled bandpass filter constructed by placing ring-type dielectric resonators inside the metallic cavities is described in this article. This cross-coupled filter is designed as a six-pole quasi-elliptic function bandpass prototype with two transmission zeros symmetrically below and above passband, respectively. The coupling matrix of this prototype has been calculated and the effect of cross-coupling coefficient has also been investigated. Practical realization of the filter is discussed in detail and the measured response has good agreement with the analysis. (C) 2007 Wiley Periodicals, Inc.
