摘要：
This paper discusses the legacy, administrative field and domain of land requisition index of construction projects, based on "requisition-compensation balance" and marketization mechanism, analyses the value and property of land requisition index of construction projects. In addition, this paper illustrates that land requisition index of construction projects is to encourage and motivate of continued investment of company, corporation, other economy organizations and individuals, improve the quality and validity of compensated land.
