摘要
Perovskite solar cells have attracted lots of attention in recent years with the power conversion efficiency increasing from an initial value of 3.8% up to 25.2%. However, its large-scale commercialization still faces various challenges, among which stability issue is the key to this process. Herein, we briefly reviewed the mechanism of perovskite material deterioration in the influence of water erosion as well as several effective strategies reported in recent years to improve the wet stability of perovskite solar cells, such as the composition engineering, surface passivation, dimensional design, etc.
