摘要
After bans on meat and bone meal as feedstuffs questions arise concerning their impacts on feed costs and feed provision of animal production. Models analysing different bans show that the costs of compound feeds for pigs and poultry increase by a maximum of 1.50 DEM/dt. An increasing demand for soya bean meal due to the bans requires a maximum of 2.2 millions ha additional farm land for growing soya beans.
