摘要
Physical courses in colleges have always been in the form of one teacher teaching and 30 to 50 students listening. The teacher demonstrates standard actions right after delivering theoretical knowledge, and it barely gives time for the students to digest what they have learnt. What's more, a hand-in-hand instruction to each of the students seems almost impossible, thus provide a blind spot in teaching and practicing. Given the fact that college students majoring in athletics generally have hard time in finding jobs, it is necessary to provide practice courses in which talent teachers can impart knowledge in class and convey further researches after class. Meanwhile, teachers with relatively less capability in teaching and researching can transfer to laboratory as assistants for teachers who give lessons and provide more job opportunities and promotion spaces for students newly graduated in the laboratory. Only through the theoretical and practical training, can the students acquire the essential of skills and techniques timely and efficiently. Afterward, they would be able to display their due level in group performance and thus improve the outcome of group appearance and test their own values. Through such kind of activities, the students' physical diathesis and interests in physical education would also be developed and benefit the atmosphere on campus.
