摘要
The low and fluctuated concentration of VAM causes it difficult to be used with traditional combustion. The effective use of VAM may save energy, reduced emission and produce huge economic benefits, and the non-catalytic reverse-flow plant is one of the effective ways of using VAM is TFRR. The operation properties of the heat extraction system may directly influence the use of VAM. A series of experiments was carried out to study the operation properties of the heat extraction system in a non-catalytic reverse-flow plant which is made of built-in finned serpentine heat exchanger. The effect of methane concentration, VAM volume and commutation cycle on the yield of steam is discussed in the paper. The results show that (1) with the increase of the methane concentration, the yield of steam increases, the lowest methane concentration to stable self-sustaining is 0.28%. (2) With the increase of the VAM volume, the yield of steam increases, but the velocity of the increase tends to gentle. (3) The average steam changes little with the changing of commutation cycle.
