摘要：
Nature has always been the source of inspiration in the search of better heuristic methods. The Ant Colony Optimization(ACO) is also one of these kind of inspirations from the nature. The Ant Colony System(ACS) algorithm used for the solution of TSP is based on ACO. Here in this paper a new algorithm named ISTAR Ant Colony System, which is based on the ACS is proposed.
