摘要：
The asymmetric unit of the title compound, C12H12N4O2, contains two independent molecules. The dihedral angles between the planar rings of the two molecules are 7.72 ( 3) and 40.24 (2)degrees. In the crystal structure, intramolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O and intermolecular O-H center dot center dot center dot O, O-H center dot center dot center dot N and N-H center dot center dot center dot N hydrogen bonds form a network structure.
