摘要
A three-dimensional (3D) coordination polymer (CP) constructed from the linear trinuclear Co(II) cluster and 3,5-bis(4-carboxyphenyl)pyridine (H(2)bcpp), Co-3(bcpp)(2)(HCOO)(2)(H2O)(2) (1), has been synthesized under solvothermal condition of H2O-DMF (DMF = N,N-dimethylformamide) and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), and thermogravimetric analysis (TGA). In 1, the COO groups from the bcpp and HCOO anions bridge the Co(II) ions to form a linear trinuclear Co-3(COO)(6) cluster. The linear trinuclear Co-3(COO)(6) clusters are linked by the bcpp anions into a 3D CP with a 3,6-connected (4.8(2))2(4(2).8(12).10) topology. The HCOO anion is derived from the decomposition of DMF under solvothermal condition. The introduction and decomposition of DMF plays an important role in the formation of 1. In addition, the photoluminescent and magnetic properties of 1 have been investigated. (C) 2018 Elsevier B.V. All rights reserved.
