摘要
The article is devoted to the study of features of innovation risk management in the Russian knowledge-intensive industries (enterprises). The author indicates the considering topic relevance and significance. The theoretical aspects of the innovation risk management methodology in knowledge-intensive industrial organizations (enterprises) are studied as the basis for creating a system and implementing a risk management mechanism. A system for creating and implementing an innovation risk management mechanism in knowledge-intensive industrial organizations, with the goal of a more efficient "Three Defense Lines" model adaptation, has been also developed.
