摘要
The present paper deals with an approach, that uses a knowledge-based system, viewed as a software tool for achieving of the goals of microbial processes performance control for estimation, indirect measurement of state variables and prognosis of process development. For control of bioprocesses, a priori knowledge exist which can be represented by language-based rules such as "IF/THEN" conditions and this knowledge is implemented via a process operator in a formalised way.
