摘要
Comparing traditional supply chain management with demand chain management, this paper puts forward a topology of service supply chain with characteristics of Chinese catering industry. The ability of supply and customer demand have been fully considered in this topology. And an analysis of collaborative business process is conducted using the proposed topology. Moreover, this paper gives a case study in Chinese catering industry.
