摘要
As a WTO member, China always insists that it is a developing country. But China' true interests in the WTO not only have something in common with other developing countries, but also have differences between. The starting and stand points in all issues should be its own economic interests. Only in this process of diluting "developing country" status, China's position in the World Trade Organization could be clarified. Since the WTO system itself is the product of the conflict, coordination and exchange of the interests among the members of the WTO and is not the sacrosanct system of the highest standard, China should make changes from strictly abiding by the rules and regulations to pragmatically carrying out rules and regulations. And China should transform its mode from complying with WTO rules to affecting WTO rules.
