摘要
Health is the most important thing in sports, because the correct reaction of the body to physical activity and recovery, the degree and constancy of sports results strongly depends on its condition. Overtraining is a physical, behavioral and emotional state that occurs when the volume and intensity of a training program exceeds recovery abilities. The basis of this condition is the overstrain of the central nervous system. The expert system that we created allows us to diagnose the presence and degree of overtraining, thereby allowing us to take early actions to maintain efficiency and save efforts on recovery. Hockey is one of the most popular and traumatic sports, so it was advisable to take it as a study.
