摘要
In this paper, the simulation of the output cavity of the Ku band klystron is completed by optimizing the resonator structure model and geometric dimensions. This design uses a single electron beam scheme. The voltage of the electron beam is 9kV and the current is 1.1A. The simulation results show that within the 800MHz bandwidth of 13.60-14.40GHz, this output cavity can achieve stable continuous wave output, and the output power is more than 2.5kW.
